  • America Saves Week
The America Saves Week campaign educates consumers on how to use saving to reach financial goals. The initiative is coordinated by America Saves and the American Savings Education Council, in conjunction with financial organizations and nonprofits like the ABA Education Foundation. To participate in America Saves week or for more information, visit www.americasavesweek.org. Information for banks is available here. • Get Smart About Credit Day
The Get Smart About Credit program helps bankers provide much-needed credit education to 15-to-25-year-olds in their communities. The highlight of the program is the annual Get Smart About Credit Day, held every October since 2003. Through this annual event, more than 315,000 young adults have learned real-life credit smarts from 7,660 volunteer bankers.
